Mitzvah
Hi! I am Mitzvah the blind dog. I feel grateful that despite my blindness, I live a full and happy life. I tell my story in a series of children’s picture books. In A Dog Named Mitzvah, I share with readers that although I was thrown away as a puppy, which was sad, it led me to my forever home with Mom, who took such good care of me when I went blind. My second book, Mitzvah Gets Scared, lets readers know that even though some things scare me (especially noises), my Mom assures me that everything is going to be OK. My publisher says that the third book should be available very soon; I explain why July 7th is such a special date to me in Mazel Tov, Mitzvah!
